  • What is New England’s Finest?

New England’s Finest is a subscription service focused on delivering to your door a selection of high-quality artisanal foods and handmade gifts from the region each month. New England’s brand and history are unique and wonderfully entwined with quality, craftsmanship, and ingenuity. We strive each month to give our subscribers an experience that lives up to this rich tradition. We do this by partnering with hundreds of small companies throughout the region that are the best at what they do and introduce their products to our subscribers. Whether you have been enchanted by a recent visit. are a nostalgic past resident, or currently call New England home, New England's Finest delivers the distinct flavor and charm of the northeast to your doorstep each month. At the end of the day, our mission is simple - to curate and deliver each month the best New England has to offer - from the Cape to Beantown to the White Mountains.

  • How do I subscribe to New England’s Finest?
Whether the subscription is for yourself or as a gift, subscribing to New England’s Finest couldn’t be easier. Simply select "Subscribe" under "Shop" and go through a familiar and secure checkout process. 
  • What typically comes in a New England’s Finest box?

Each month, our boxes include 4-6 hand-selected products from New England based small businesses who share in our commitment to quality, community and sustainability. These products are never “trial size” and are connected with the month’s theme (e.g. Chocolate Lovers, Backyard BBQ, Cocktails & Entertaining etc.). In addition to the products themselves, each box includes a full-color newsletter that describes each product, why it was included, and how to get more if you are interested.

  • Will I know what’s in the box in advance of receiving it?

Part of what makes subscribing to New England’s Finest a great experience is opening the box and discovering what's inside. Besides the theme, we typically don’t share the specific contents of the box with our subscribers in advance.

  • Is the food in your boxes friendly for those with food allergies and/or food sensitivities? (i.e. GMO-free, vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, etc.)
Because we highlight a wide variety of gourmet foods from many different artisans from across the region, we can not guarantee that each and every item in our boxes will be compatible with every kind of food allergy or food sensitivity. We work with only the finest small-batch food makers in New England and strive to ensure that each and every item in our boxes is the highest quality using the highest quality all-natural and responsibly sourced ingredients. Subscribers with food allergies or sensitivities should carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists of each product prior to consumption. 
  • Can I purchase a single box?

Absolutely! In addition to having a month-to-month subscription option available, we have individual gift boxes available to purchase on our Products page.

  • When do you usually ship?

We typically ship around the 15th of each month with boxes arriving on doorsteps within 2-7 days depending on where it is being shipped to. The arrival date of the first month's shipment depends on when you place your order. 

  • How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are included in all orders and subscriptions in the U.S. 

  • Where do you ship?

Although we are only shipping across North America currently, we are working on making international shipping available soon.

  • How can I share a great idea for a product or company to feature  in one of your boxes?

We are definitely open to new ideas and are constantly researching new companies in the region. If you have an idea you would like to share with us, please send us a message

  • How do I return a defective product?

If you find a product in your box broken or defective, please email us immediately and we will have a replacement item shipped out to you right away.

  • How does billing work?

All subscriptions are prepaid when purchased and are automatically renewed.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription is as easy as logging into your account on our website and clicking “Manage Subscription” and then clicking “Cancel”. Cancellations are effective at the end of the subscription period. Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds, full or partial, for our subscriptions. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to make sure your subscription experience meets your expectations. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
